Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Accounting & Tax team. The role involves managing documentation and reconciliation of financial activities, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance. It also entails your forward thinking on improving work processes and support financial performance of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documenting accounting entries related to company clients;

• Reconciling revenue accounts and collections;

• Confirming balances to company clients;

• Sending out information to company auditors, based on received authorization;

• Monthly, quarterly, year end closing activities based on communicated schedules;

• Initiative in proposing improvements/ simplification of processes and activities;

• Working collaboratively with other Finance functions and with the business in order to ensure proper data and documents are available for month end closing;

• Transposing a sound understanding of the RAS into the daily activity in order to ensure accuracy, timeliness and legal compliance of the accounting activities;

• Consult colleagues/business on specific Accounts Receivable topics.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years in a similar position;

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP SAP;

• Medium level of English;

• Advanced level of Excel;

• Very good knowledge of RAS.
